1. Eligibility:
The CollegeFest Insider Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to college students who are legal residents of the United States and are currently enrolled in a recognized college or university. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CollegeFest and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor:
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by CollegeFest (“Sponsor”), whose principal place of business is located at [Sponsor Address].
3. Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2023 and ends on October 1, 2023(the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for participation.
4. How to Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants must visit the official CollegeFest website at www.CollegeFest.com/insider (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form by providing all required information, including but not limited to name, email address, college or university name, and graduation year. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or inaccurate are void and will be disqualified.
5. Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded from CollegeFest sponsors. Prize details and values will be listed on the Website. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified via email within 7] days after the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) their participation in the Sweepstakes or any related activity, (ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or (iii) participation in any prize-related activity.
9. Publicity:
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their names, likenesses, and entry information for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation or notice.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within [County, State].

12. Winners List:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
