With over 30 colleges and universities located in the city, Boston is considered one of the best college towns. However, most students don’t know of all the great deals and have only scratched the surface of all the cool places to check out in the city. So without getting too “tourist-y” we’ve created this list of awesome places you should visit and they all have student discounts if you bring your valid college ID!
Brattle Theater

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum
Exhibiting both historical and contemporary pieces, the Gardner provides a great opportunity to spend the afternoon observing, learning and getting inspired by all kinds of art pieces. Bring your student ID and spend just $5 to experience unforgettable artwork.
The Freedom Trail
If history is your thing, you can walk a completely self guided tour of Boston with the Freedom Trail, or book a public tour for just $10. This is a great way to see the city in a new light and learn all about the history of Boston by seeing it all first hand.
ICA
The Institute of Contemporary Arts is full of eye-popping exhibitions and performances. Student tickets are only $10, this is a fun excuse to visit the Seaport District of Boston and look at some beautiful pieces of work.
